DOCUMENTS FOR SUBMISSION

Students seeking admission have to submit the following documents. Students seeking admission from recognized schools must produce a T.C. in original without fail. In case of, inter-state transfers, the certificate should be counter signed by the D.E.O / Inspecting Officer of the concerned district.

The following certificates are to be enclosed to the application at the time of admission.

  1. Transfer certificate (of the previous class) – in original / Record sheet.

  2. Birth Certificate (from M.R.O / competent authority) – in photocopy.

  3. Study-cum-Conduct certificate (of the previous class) – in photocopy.

  4. Progress Report (of the previous class) – in photocopy.

  5. Caste certificate – (for reservations) – in photocopy.

  6. Four recent pass port size & Two stamp size photographs of the student.

  7. Aadhar  Card  – in photocopy.

Note: –

  1. Any other certificate(s) inclusive of the above may have to be submitted / shown as per the instructions of the Principal.

  2. Parent/students failing to submit the required documents/certificates within the time are forfeited of regular admission and the school bears no responsibility of promotion to the next higher class.
